Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me;\par\tab Neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.


For innumerable evils have compassed me about;\par\tab Mine iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up;\par\tab They are more than the hairs of my head;\par\tab And my heart hath failed me.


For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul;\par\tab The mighty gather themselves together against me:\par\tab Not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Jehovah.


Mine eye wasteth away because of grief;\par\tab It waxeth old because of all mine adversaries.


But {\i this cometh to pass}, that the word may be fulfilled that is written in their law, {\b They hated me without a cause.}


Him who knew no sin he made {\i to be} sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.\par
