Which the skies pour down\par\tab And drop upon man abundantly.


Who giveth rain upon the earth,\par\tab And sendeth waters upon the fields;


Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;\par\tab Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;


He watereth the mountains from his chambers:\par\tab The earth is filled with the fruit of thy works.


Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters;\par\tab Who maketh the clouds his chariot;\par\tab Who walketh upon the wings of the wind;


All the paths of Jehovah are lovingkindness and truth\par\tab Unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.


They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house;\par\tab And thou wilt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.


For thou wilt bless the righteous;\par\tab O Jehovah, thou wilt compass him with favor as with a shield.\par


Thy congregation dwelt therein:\par\tab Thou, O God, didst prepare of thy goodness for the poor.


The simple inherit folly;\par\tab But the prudent are crowned with knowledge.


Who knoweth whether he will not turn and repent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meal-offering and a drink-offering unto Jehovah your God?\par


Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, the vine, and the fig-tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive-tree have not brought forth; from this day will I bless {\i you}.\par


Bring ye the whole tithe into the store-house, that there may be food in my house, and prove me now herewith, saith Jehovah of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough {\i to receive it}.


But if some of the branches were broken off, and thou, being a wild olive, wast grafted in among them, and didst become partaker with them of the root of the fatness of the olive tree;


a land which Jehovah thy God careth for: the eyes of Jehovah thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.
