Draw me not away with the wicked,\par\tab And with the workers of iniquity;\par\tab That speak peace with their neighbors,\par\tab But mischief is in their hearts.


For there is no faithfulness in their mouth;\par\tab Their inward part is very wickedness;\par\tab Their throat is an open sepulchre;\par\tab They flatter with their tongue.


Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts;\par\tab And in the hidden part thou wilt make me to know wisdom.


Thou lovest evil more than good,\par\tab And lying rather than to speak righteousness. {\i Selah


His mouth was smooth as butter,\par\tab But his heart was war:\par\tab His words were softer than oil,\par\tab Yet were they drawn swords.


A righteous man hateth lying;\par\tab But a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.


Haughty eyes, a lying tongue,\par\tab And hands that shed innocent blood;


therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly in an instant.

And they watched him, and sent forth spies, who feigned themselves to be righteous, that they might take hold of his speech, so as to deliver him up to the rule and to the authority of the governor.


Ye are of {\i your} father the devil, and the lusts of your father it is your will to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and standeth not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof.


who, knowing the ordinance of God, that they that practise such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also consent with them that practise them.\par


For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:


Without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.\par
