God, my rock, in him will I take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge; My saviour, thou savest me from violence.


Attend unto my cry;\par\tab For I am brought very low:\par\tab Deliver me from my persecutors;\par\tab For they are stronger than I.


Then the earth shook and trembled;\par\tab The foundations also of the mountains quaked\par\tab And were shaken, because he was wroth.


Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,\par\tab I will fear no evil; for thou art with me;\par\tab Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.


Though a host should encamp against me,\par\tab My heart shall not fear:\par\tab Though war should rise against me,\par\tab Even then will I be confident.


Jehovah is my strength and my shield;\par\tab My heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped:\par\tab Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth;\par\tab And with my song will I praise him.


But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah;\par\tab He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.


Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing praises:\par\tab For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.\par


Trust in him at all times, ye people;\par\tab Pour out your heart before him:\par\tab God is a refuge for us. {\i Selah


Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie:\par\tab In the balances they will go up;\par\tab They are together lighter than vanity.


They know not, neither do they understand;\par\tab They walk to and fro in darkness:\par\tab All the foundations of the earth are shaken.


I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress;\par\tab My God, in whom I trust.


O thou hope of Israel, the Saviour thereof in the time of trouble, why shouldest thou be as a sojourner in the land, and as a wayfaring man that turneth aside to tarry for a night?


Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that take refuge in him.


And Jesus answered and said unto them, {\cf6 Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do what is done to the fig tree, but even if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea, it shall be done.


Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.\par
