God, my rock, in him will I take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge; My saviour, thou savest me from violence.


And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity?\par\tab For now shall I lie down in the dust;\par\tab And thou wilt seek me diligently, but I shall not be.\par


Hide not thy face from me in the day of my distress:\par\tab Incline thine ear unto me;\par\tab In the day when I call answer me speedily.


Lord, hear my voice:\par\tab Let thine ears be attentive\par\tab To the voice of my supplications.


Make haste to answer me, O Jehovah; my spirit faileth:\par\tab Hide not thy face from me,\par\tab Lest I become like them that go down into the pit.


O my God, in thee have I trusted,\par\tab Let me not be put to shame;\par\tab Let not mine enemies triumph over me.


But I am poor and needy;\par\tab {\i Yet} the Lord thinketh upon me:\par\tab Thou art my help and my deliverer;\par\tab Make no tarrying, O my God.\par


With God is my salvation and my glory:\par\tab The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

I say unto you, that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?}\par


He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood abideth in me, and I in him.


For their rock is not as our Rock, Even our enemies themselves being judges.


No man hath beheld God at any time: if we love one another, God abideth in us, and his love is perfected in us:
