For I have kept the ways of Jehovah, And have not wickedly departed from my God.


{\b {\i A Psalm} of David.}\par\par\tab Bless Jehovah, O my soul;\par\tab And all that is within me, {\i bless} his holy name.


Like as a father pitieth his children,\par\tab So Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.


But the lovingkindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him,\par\tab And his righteousness unto children's children;


Praise ye Jehovah.\par\tab Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah,\par\tab That delighteth greatly in his commandments.


He will bless them that fear Jehovah,\par\tab Both small and great.

Jehovah taketh pleasure in them that fear him,\par\tab In those that hope in his lovingkindness.


Oh that my people would hearken unto me,\par\tab That Israel would walk in my ways!

And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.


So the church throughout all Jud\'e6a and Galilee and Samaria had peace, being edified; and, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, was multiplied.\par


Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.


Finally then, brethren, we beseech and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that, as ye received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, even as ye do walk,—that ye abound more and more.
