To deliver thee from the strange woman,\par\tab Even from the foreigner that flattereth with her words;


The mouth of strange women is a deep pit;\par\tab He that is abhorred of Jehovah shall fall therein.


For why shouldest thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman,\par\tab And embrace the bosom of a foreigner?


To keep thee from the evil woman,\par\tab From the flattery of the foreigner's tongue.
