It is as sport to a fool to do wickedness;\par\tab And {\i so is} wisdom to a man of understanding.


The soul of the wicked desireth evil:\par\tab His neighbor findeth no favor in his eyes.


For they sleep not, except they do evil;\par\tab And their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.


What hath my beloved to do in my house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness {\i with} many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest.


They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies.


He taketh up all of them with the angle, he catcheth them in his net, and gathereth them in his drag: therefore he rejoiceth and is glad.


In that day shalt thou not be put to shame for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me; for then I will take away out of the midst of thee thy proudly exulting ones, and thou shalt no more be haughty in my holy mountain.
