{\b A Psalm of David.}\par\par\tab Jehovah saith unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand,\par\tab Until I make thine enemies thy footstool.


Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the nations,\par\tab And will sing praises unto thy name.


In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name whereby he shall be called: Jehovah our righteousness.


Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven.


for there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.


Nevertheless even of the rulers many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess {\i it}, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:


Ye call me, Teacher, and, Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.


If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, ye also ought to wash one another's feet.


And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.


Jesus answered and said unto him, {\cf6 If a man love me, he will keep my word: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.


These things spake Jesus; and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, {\cf6 Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that the Son may glorify thee:


Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.


that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honoreth not the Son honoreth not the Father that sent him.


These things said his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man should confess him {\i to be} Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.


The word which he sent unto the children of Israel, preaching good tidings of peace by Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all)—


Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God hath made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom ye crucified.\par


For it is written, {\b As I live, saith the Lord, to me every knee shall bow, And every tongue shall confess to God.}


For to this end Christ died and lived {\i again}, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.


and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written,\par\tab {\b Therefore will I give praise unto thee among the Gentiles,\par\tab And sing unto thy name.}


Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but in the Holy Spirit.\par


The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is of heaven.


yet to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we unto him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we through him.


who through him are believers in God, that raised him from the dead, and gave him glory; so that your faith and hope might be in God.


Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God abideth in him, and he in God.


Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:


For many deceivers are gone forth into the world, {\i even} they that confess not that Jesus Christ cometh in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.


He that overcometh shall thus be arrayed in white garments; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
