He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel; and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.


Was Jehovah displeased with the rivers?\par\tab Was thine anger against the rivers,\par\tab Or thy wrath against the sea,\par\tab That thou didst ride upon thy horses,\par\tab Upon thy chariots of salvation?


And Jesus perceiving it said, {\cf6 O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have no bread?


And he saith unto them, {\cf6 Because of your little faith: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.}\par


But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, {\i shall he} not much more {\i clothe} you, O ye of little faith?


And the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?\par


And Jesus rebuked him, saying, {\cf6 Hold thy peace, and come out of him.} And when the demon had thrown him down in the midst, he came out of him, having done him no hurt.
