Blessed art thou, O Jehovah:\par\tab Teach me thy statutes.


I will tell of the decree:\par\tab Jehovah said unto me, Thou art my son;\par\tab This day have I begotten thee.


I was dumb, I opened not my mouth;\par\tab Because thou didst it.


He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he opened not his mouth; as a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before its shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.


And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.


and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.\par


And behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?


And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?


And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering saith unto him, {\cf6 Thou sayest.}


And I have seen, and have borne witness that this is the Son of God.\par


The Jews therefore came round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou hold us in suspense? If thou art the Christ, tell us plainly.


say ye of him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am {\i the} Son of God?


Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, {\cf6 Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end have I been born, and to this end am I come into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.}


The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by that law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.


and he entered into the Praetorium again, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.

according to the gospel of the glory of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.\par
