My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.


And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will verily buy it of thee at a price; neither will I offer burnt-offerings unto Jehovah my God which cost me nothing. So David bought the threshing-floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.


For Jehovah hath built up Zion;\par\tab He hath appeared in his glory.


For Jehovah Most High is terrible;\par\tab He is a great King over all the earth.


He subdueth peoples under us,\par\tab And nations under our feet.


God reigneth over the nations:\par\tab God sitteth upon his holy throne.

But Jehovah is the true God; he is the living God, and an everlasting King: at his wrath the earth trembleth, and the nations are not able to abide his indignation.\par


As I live, saith the King, whose name is Jehovah of hosts, surely like Tabor among the mountains, and like Carmel by the sea, so shall he come.


Cursed be he that doeth the work of Jehovah negligently; and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood.\par


Moab is laid waste, and they are gone up into his cities, and his chosen young men are gone down to the slaughter, saith the King, whose name is Jehovah of hosts.


Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven; for all his works are truth, and his ways justice; and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.\par

For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name {\i shall be} great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense {\i shall be} offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name {\i shall be} great among the Gentiles, saith Jehovah of hosts.


And when ye offer the blind for sacrifice, it is no evil! and when ye offer the lame and sick, it is no evil! Present it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee? or will he accept thy person? saith Jehovah of hosts.


And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you.


Ye are cursed with the curse; for ye rob me, even this whole nation.


and shall cut him asunder, and appoint his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.}\par


nor by the earth, for it is the footstool of his feet; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.


She hath done what she could; she hath anointed my body beforehand for the burying.


the lord of that servant shall come in a day when he expecteth not, and in an hour when he knoweth not, and shall cut him asunder, and appoint his portion with the unfaithful.


For if the readiness is there, {\i it is} acceptable according as {\i a man} hath, not according as {\i he} hath not.


If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, JEHOVAH THY GOD;


which in its own times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;


for our God is a consuming fire.\par


Who shall not fear, O Lord, and glorify thy name? {\b for thou only art holy; for all the nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy righteous acts have been made manifest.}\par


But for the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part shall be in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death.\par
