Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my feast remain all night until the morning.


And thou shalt take them from their hands, and burn them on the altar upon the burnt-offering, for a sweet savor before Jehovah: it is an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.


Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.


My son, eat thou honey, for it is good;\par\tab And the droppings of the honeycomb, which are sweet to thy taste:


Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee,\par\tab Lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it.


It is not good to eat much honey:\par\tab So {\i for men} to search out their own glory is grievous.


but the inwards and the legs shall he wash with water; and the priest shall offer the whole, and burn it upon the altar: it is a burnt-offering, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah.


And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches shall he put upon his flesh; and he shall take up the ashes whereto the fire hath consumed the burnt-offering on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar.


And Jesus said unto them, {\cf6 Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.}


And he charged them, saying, {\cf6 Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.}


In the mean time, when the many thousands of the multitude were gathered together, insomuch that they trod one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, {\cf6 Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.


But take heed to yourselves, lest haply your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day come on you suddenly as a snare:


confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God.


A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.


that ye no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
