What ye know, {\i the same} do I know also:\par\tab I am not inferior unto you.


Then answered Eliphaz the Temanite, and said,


Should he reason with unprofitable talk,\par\tab Or with speeches wherewith he can do no good?


Do ye think to reprove words,\par\tab Seeing that the speeches of one that is desperate are as wind?


How long wilt thou speak these things?\par\tab And {\i how long} shall the words of thy mouth be {\i like} a mighty wind?


The heart of the wise instructeth his mouth,\par\tab And addeth learning to his lips.


As he came forth from his mother's womb, naked shall he go again as he came, and shall take nothing for his labor, which he may carry away in his hand.


Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he continually multiplieth lies and desolation; and they make a covenant with Assyria, and oil is carried into Egypt.


Jehovah hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.


Who is wise and understanding among you? let him show by his good life his works in meekness of wisdom.
