Should not the multitude of words be answered?\par\tab And should a man full of talk be justified?


And that he would show thee the secrets of wisdom!\par\tab For he is manifold in understanding.\par\tab Know therefore that God exacteth of thee less than thine iniquity deserveth.\par


Should a wise man make answer with vain knowledge,\par\tab And fill himself with the east wind?


But as for you all, come on now again;\par\tab And I shall not find a wise man among you.


For thou hast hid their heart from understanding:\par\tab Therefore shalt thou not exalt {\i them}.


I have heard the reproof which putteth me to shame;\par\tab And the spirit of my understanding answereth me.


How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom,\par\tab And plentifully declared sound knowledge!


The rich man is wise in his own conceit;\par\tab But the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.


Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!


We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye have glory, but we have dishonor.


I say {\i this} to move you to shame. What, cannot there be {\i found} among you one wise man who shall be able to decide between his brethren,
