Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for the {\i things of} gold, and the silver for the {\i things of} silver, and the brass for the {\i things of} brass, the iron for the {\i things of} iron, and wood for the {\i things of} wood; onyx stones, and {\i stones} to be set, stones for inlaid work, and of divers colors, and all manner of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance.
Now therefore send me a man skilful to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in purple, and crimson, and blue, and that knoweth how to grave {\i all manner of} gravings, {\i to be} with the skilful men that are with me in Judah and in Jerusalem, whom David my father did provide.
Thou wast in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was in thee; in the day that thou wast created they were prepared.
