For as the heavens are high above the earth,\par\tab So great is his lovingkindness toward them that fear him.


He hath given food unto them that fear him:\par\tab He will ever be mindful of his covenant.


He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him;\par\tab He also will hear their cry and will save them.


For thou, O God, hast heard my vows:\par\tab Thou hast given {\i me} the heritage of those that fear thy name.


Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him,\par\tab That glory may dwell in our land.


But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and the more they spread abroad. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.


And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwife come unto them.


And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.


The wicked earneth deceitful wages;\par\tab But he that soweth righteousness {\i hath} a sure reward.


He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto Jehovah,\par\tab And his good deed will he pay him again.


Though a sinner do evil a hundred times, and prolong his {\i days}, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, that fear before him:


Say ye of the righteous, that {\i it shall be} well {\i with him}; for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.


And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only, in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you he shall in no wise lose his reward.}\par


And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my brethren, {\i even} these least, ye did it unto me.


{\b And his mercy is unto generations and generations\par\tab On them that fear him.}


for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love which ye showed toward his name, in that ye ministered unto the saints, and still do minister.
