As for God, his way is perfect: The word of Jehovah is tried; He is a shield unto all them that take refuge in him.


The counsel of Jehovah standeth fast for ever,\par\tab The thoughts of his heart to all generations.


And all men shall fear;\par\tab And they shall declare the work of God,\par\tab And shall wisely consider of his doing.


Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee:\par\tab The residue of wrath shalt thou gird upon thee.


There are many devices in a man's heart;\par\tab But the counsel of Jehovah, that shall stand.


There is no wisdom nor understanding\par\tab Nor counsel against Jehovah.


Add thou not unto his words,\par\tab Lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.\par


{\i This is} the end of the matter; all hath been heard: Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole {\i duty} of man.


Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thy hands?


For in the multitude of dreams there are vanities, and in many words: but fear thou God.\par


It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from that withdraw not thy hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth from them all.\par


declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not {\i yet} done; saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure;


And the he-goat magnified himself exceedingly: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and instead of it there came up four notable {\i horns} toward the four winds of heaven.\par


him, being delivered up by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye by the hand of lawless men did crucify and slay:


to do whatsoever thy hand and thy council foreordained to come to pass.


but if it is of God, ye will not be able to overthrow them; lest haply ye be found even to be fighting against God.


For of him, and through him, and unto him, are all things. To him {\i be} the glory for ever. Amen.\par

The Rock, his work is perfect; For all his ways are justice: A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, Just and right is he.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.


Who shall not fear, O Lord, and glorify thy name? {\b for thou only art holy; for all the nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy righteous acts have been made manifest.}\par
