The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life;\par\tab And he that is wise winneth souls.


The wise shall inherit glory;\par\tab But shame shall be the promotion of fools.\par


But the path of the righteous is as the dawning light,\par\tab That shineth more and more unto the perfect day.


And further, because the Preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he pondered, and sought out, {\i and} set in order many proverbs.


He shall see of the travail of his soul, {\i and} shall be satisfied: by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.


But if they had stood in my council, then had they caused my people to hear my words, and had turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.\par


And they that are wise among the people shall instruct many; yet they shall fall by the sword and by flame, by captivity and by spoil, {\i many} days.


And some of them that are wise shall fall, to refine them, and to purify, and to make them white, even to the time of the end; because it is yet for the time appointed.\par


Many shall purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but they that are wise shall understand.


Then shall {\b the righteous shine forth as the sun} in the kingdom of their Father. He that hath ears, let him hear.\par


And Jesus said unto them, {\cf6 Verily I say unto you, that ye who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.


Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath set over his household, to give them their food in due season?


He that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal; that he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.


He was the lamp that burneth and shineth; and ye were willing to rejoice for a season in his light.

And he gave some {\i to be} apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;


For when by reason of the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need again that some one teach you the rudiments of the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, not of solid food.


And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given to him, wrote unto you;


the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks are seven churches.}\par


So let all thine enemies perish, O Jehovah: But let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
