Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said, Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.


What profit hath man of all his labor wherein he laboreth under the sun?


Salute Tryph\'e6na and Tryphosa, who labor in the Lord. Salute Persis the beloved, who labored much in the Lord.


Salute Prisca and Aquila my fellow-workers in Christ Jesus,


Salute Mary, who bestowed much labor on you.


Salute Urbanus our fellow-worker in Christ, and Stachys my beloved.


And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, {\i divers} kinds of tongues.


For we are God's fellow-workers: ye are God's husbandry, God's building.\par


subjecting yourselves one to another in the fear of Christ.\par


Yea, I beseech thee also, true yokefellow, help these women, for they labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow-workers, whose names are in the book of life.\par


remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father;


For ye remember, brethren, our labor and travail: working night and day, that we might not burden any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.


But we beseech you, brethren, to know them that labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;


Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and in teaching.


Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit {\i to them}: for they watch in behalf of your souls, as they that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief: for this {\i were} unprofitable for you.\par


Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.\par


for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love which ye showed toward his name, in that ye ministered unto the saints, and still do minister.


Likewise, ye younger, be subject unto the elder. Yea, all of you gird yourselves with humility, to serve one another: for {\b God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble.}


We therefore ought to welcome such, that we may be fellow-workers for the truth.\par


and thou hast patience and didst bear for my name's sake, and hast not grown weary.
