Psalm 95 - Y'all Version Bible

¹ Come y’all, let’s sing to YHWH. Let’s shout aloud to the rock of our salvation!

² Let’s enter ʜɪꜱ presence with thanksgiving. Let’s exalt ʜɪᴍ with songs!

³ For YHWH is a great God, a great King above all gods.

⁴ In ʜɪꜱ hand are the depths of the earth. The heights of the mountains are ʜɪꜱ.

⁵ The sea is ʜɪꜱ, for ʜᴇ made it. Hɪꜱ hands formed the dry land.

⁶ Come y’all, let’s worship and bow down. Let’s kneel before YHWH, our Maker,

⁷ for ʜᴇ is our God. We are the people of ʜɪꜱ pasture, and the sheep in ʜɪꜱ care. Today, if only y’all would hear ʜɪꜱ voice!

⁸ Y’all must not harden your* hearts, as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness,

⁹ when y’all’s ancestors tested me, examined me, though they had seen my work.

¹⁰ Forty long years I was grieved with that generation, and said, “They are a people who err in their heart. They have not known my ways.”

¹¹ Therefore I swore in my wrath, “They will not enter into my rest.”
