¹ I lift up my eyes to the mountains. Where does my help come from?

² My help comes from YHWH, Creator of heaven and earth.

³ Hᴇ will not let your foot slip. Your guardian will not slumber.

⁴ Indeed, the guardian of Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵ YHWH is your guardian. YHWH is your shade on your right hand.

⁶ The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

⁷ YHWH will guard you from all evil. Hᴇ will guard your soul.

⁸ YHWH will guard your going out and your coming in, both now and forever more.
