³ The Lord raises his voice at the sea.\par The voice of the glorious God is like thunder over the great ocean.\par

⁴ The Lord’s voice shows his power.\par His voice shows his glory.\par

⁵ The Lord’s voice breaks great cedar trees\par into little pieces.\par The Lord breaks the great cedar trees\par of Lebanon.\par

⁶ The Lord shakes Lebanon.\par It looks like a young calf dancing.\par Sirion {\cf2\super [176]} shakes.\par It looks like a young goat jumping.\par

⁷ The Lord’s voice cuts \{the air\}\par with flashes of lightning.\par

⁸ The Lord’s voice shakes the desert.\par Kadesh Desert {\cf2\super [177]} trembles\par at the Lord’s voice.\par

⁹ The Lord’s voice makes the deer {\cf2\super [178]} afraid.\par The Lord destroys the forests.\par But in his palace, {\cf2\super [179]} \par people sing of his glory.\par
