“Look, I am sending y’all out as sheep among wolves. Therefore, y’all must be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
The foolish one said to the wise, ‘Give us some of y’all’s oil, because our lamps are going out.’
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and does them, I will liken them to a wise person who built their house on a rock.
Therefore, you must repent of this wickedness of yours, and ask the Lord if perhaps the intention of your heart might be forgiven you.
