YHWH says, “Where is the bill of your mother’s divorce certificate that I used to put her away? To which of my creditors have I sold y’all? Look, y’all were sold for your* iniquities, and your* mother was put away for y’all’s transgressions.


“They say, ‘If a man puts away his wife, and she goes from him, and becomes another man’s, should he return to her again?’ Wouldn’t that land be greatly polluted? But you have played the prostitute with many lovers; yet return again to me,” says YHWH.


Joseph, her husband, being a righteous person, and not wanting to make her a public example, intended to send her away secretly.


They asked him, “Then why did Moses command us to give her a scroll of divorce and send her away?”


He answered and said to them, “What did Moses command y’all?”
