YHWH does whatever ʜᴇ pleases, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps.


Hᴇ causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth. Hᴇ makes lightnings with the rain. Hᴇ brings the wind out of ʜɪꜱ treasuries.

Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and YHWH brought an east wind on the land all that day, and all night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.


YHWH sent an exceedingly strong west wind, which took up the locusts, and drove them into the Red Sea. There remained not one locust in all the borders of Egypt.


Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and YHWH caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.


You blew with your wind. The sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters.


When ʜɪꜱ voice thunders, there is a roar of waters in the heavens, and ʜᴇ causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. Hᴇ makes lightning for the rain, and brings the wind out of ʜɪꜱ storehouses.


Hᴇ is here: the one who forms the mountains, creates the wind, declares ʜɪꜱ thoughts to humankind, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the high places of the earth: YHWH, the God of Armies, is his name.”


A wind from YHWH went out and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, about a day’s journey on this side, and a day’s journey on the other side, around the camp, and about two cubits above the surface of the earth.
