Elijah took the child and brought him down out of the room into the house, and delivered him to his mother; and Elijah said, “See, your son lives.”
Jesus said to him, “You must go now. Your son will live.” The man believed Jesus’s words and left.
So he asked them the hour when he started getting better. They said to him, “Yesterday at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.”
So the father knew that it was at that very time when Jesus said to him, “Your son will live.” He believed, as did his whole house.
