They will still bear fruit in old age. They will be full of sap and green,


Wicked people earn deceitful wages, but one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward.


The one who trusts in their riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like the green leaf.


The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life. The one who is wise wins souls.


Y’all must sow righteousness for yourselves* and reap kindness. Y’all must break up y’all’s unplowed ground, for it is time to seek YHWH, until ʜᴇ comes to rain righteousness on y’all.


Do horses run on cliffs? Can one plow there with oxen? But y’all have turned justice into poison, and the fruit of righteousness into bitterness,
