God said, “Let the land sprout vegetation: plants producing seeds and fruit trees bearing fruit with their kind of seeds, on the land.” And it was so.


There was evening and there was morning, a third day.


Hᴇ causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that ʜᴇ may produce food out of the earth:


For as the earth produces its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring up, so Lord YHWH will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.


For the soil bears fruit by itself: first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.


Each tree is known by its own fruit. For people don’t pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from a brambles.


Now ʜᴇ who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and increase y’all’s seed and cause the harvest of y’all’s righteousness to grow,


Y’all don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for a human reaps what they sow.


For the ground that drinks the rain which often falls on it and produces a crop suitable for those who till it, receives blessing from God.
