Then the whole group became silent, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul describe the signs and wonders God had done among the ethnic groups through them.


Then it seemed good to the apostles, the elders, and the whole church to select men from among them and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas: Judas (called Barsabbas) and Silas, who were leading men among the siblings.


The assembly was in chaos with some shouting one thing and some another. A lot of them didn’t even know why they had gathered.


They have been informed about you, that you teach all the Jews who live among the ethnic groups to abandon Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children and not to walk according to our customs.


Therefore do what we tell you: We have four men who have taken a vow.
