Why are y’all anxious about clothing? Y’all think about the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil or spin,
Therefore y’all are not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
When y’all are brought before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, y’all mustn’t worry about how y’all will make a defense or what y’all will say,
