Let them alone, they be the blind leaders of the blind. If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.


And moreover I say unto you: it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, then for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of Heaven.


¶ Woe be unto you blind guides, for ye say: whosoever swear by the temple, it is nothing: but whosoever swear by the gold of the temple, he is debtor.


Or why sayest thou to thy brother: suffer me to pluck out a mote out of thine eye, and behold a beam is in thine own eye.


Then led they Iesus from Caiphas into the hall of judgement. It was in the morning, and they themselves went not into the judgement house lest they should be defiled, but that they might eat Pascha.


Then cried they all again saying: Not him, but Barabas. Barabas was a robber.


And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mought, and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
