And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were sick,


All their works they do, for to be seen of men. They set abroad their phylacteries, and make large borders on their garments,


For he had healed many, in so much that they pressed upon him, for to touch him, as many as had plagues.


And whithersoever he entered into the towns, or cities, or villages, they laid their sick in the streets, and prayed him, that they might touch and it were but the edge of his vesture. And as many as touched him were safe.


¶ And he came to Bethsaida, and they brought a blind man unto him and desired him, to touch him.


And all the people pressed to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
