And when they heard, that he was alive, and had appeared to her: they believed it not.


And they went, and told it to the remnant. And they believed them neither.


¶ After that he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat: and cast in their teeth their unbelief, and hardness of heart: because they believed not them which had seen him after his resurrection.


¶ And he said unto them: O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken.


And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them: Have ye here any meat?


And he came out and followed him, and wist not, that it was truth which was done by the angel, but thought he had seen a vision.
