Iesus said to him: he that is washed, needeth not but to wash his feet, but is clean every whit. And ye are clean: but not all.
Peter said unto him: Thou shalt not wash my feet while the world standeth. Iesus answered him: if I wash not thy feet, thou shalt have no part with me.
let us draw nye with a true heart in a full faith sprinkled in our hearts, from an evil conscience, and washed in our bodies with pure water,
which signifieth baptism that now saveth us, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but in that a good conscience consenteth to God, by the resurrection of Iesus Christ,
