Then said Iesus unto him: Except ye see signs and wonders, ye believe not.
And they could not resist the wisdom, and the spirit, with which he spake.
And all that sat in the council looked steadfastly on him, and saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.
wherefore brethren look ye out among you seven men of honest report, and full of the holy ghost and wisdom, which we may appoint to this needful business:
And the saying pleased the whole multitude well. And they chose Stephen a man full of faith, and of the holy ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nichanor, and Timon, and Permenas, and Nicholas a proselite of Antioch,
He being full of the holy ghost looked up with his eyes into heaven and saw the majesty of God, and Iesus standing on the right hand of God,
And the people gave heed unto those things which Philip spake with one accord, in that they heard and saw the miracles which he did.

For they that minister well, get themselves good degree, and great liberty in the faith, which is in Christ Iesu.
