Then cometh he to his disciples and saith to them, Sleep on now and take your rest: Behold the hour is come, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.


And while he was yet speaking, lo Judas one of the twelve came, and with him a great multitude with swords and clubs from the chief priests and elders of the people.


Rise up; let us go: lo he that betrayeth me is at hand.


And what do I desire? That it were already kindled! But I have a baptism to be baptized with: and how am I straitned till it be accomplished!


And he said to them, With desire have I desired to eat this passover with you, before I suffer.


But behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.


And when the time was fulfilled, that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,


But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father commanded me, so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

But Paul answered, What mean ye, weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus.
