Luke 8:11
10 Tagairtí Cros

Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. When any one heareth the word of the kingdom,

and considereth it not, the wicked one cometh, and catcheth away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the way-side.

And he saith to them, Know ye not this parable? How then will ye know all parables?

Those by the way-side are they that hear; then cometh the devil and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

Therefore laying aside all the filthiness and superfluity of wickedness, receive with meekness the ingrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
