Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. And I say to you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God.


And the publican standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes to heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.


And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this person hath done nothing amiss.


And Jesus said to him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.


Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?


Nathagael answered and said to him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God, thou art the King of Israel.


And Thomas answered and said to him, My Lord and my God.


And they said, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and thou shalt be saved and thy houshold.
