And he saith to him, Out of thy own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I am an austere man, taking up what I laid not down, and reaping what I did not sow.


For ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again unto fear, but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.


Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.


For God hath not given us the Spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and sobriety.


For whosoever shall keep the whole law, but offend in one point, is guilty of all.


There is no fear in love, but perfect love casteth out fear, because fear hath torment.


To execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of them of all their ungodly deeds, which they have impiously committed, and of all the grievous things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
