And have ye not read this scripture? The stone which the builders rejected, is become the head of the corner?


And with him they crucify two thieves, one on his right-hand, and one on his left.


And he said to them, This day is the scripture fulfilled in your ears.


Men, brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost spake before by the mouth of David, concerning Judas, who was guide to them that took Jesus.


God hath not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Know ye not what the scripture saith of Elijah? how he pleadeth with God against Israel,


Moreover the scripture saith to Pharoah, For this very thing have I raised thee up, that I may shew my power in thee, and that my name may be declared through all the earth.


But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.


As Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness.


All scripture is inspired of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness;


Ye see then, that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.


Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious, and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
