For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders, but they will not move them with their finger.


If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Comforter,


Abide ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love, even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.


Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. I no longer call you servants,


So that the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.


For I delight in the law of God, after the inward man.


For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people.


And hereby we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.


And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment as ye have heard from the beginning, that ye may walk in it.
