“Seventy weeks are decreed concerning your people and your holy city, to put an end to transgression to bring sin to an end, to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies.


For God has shut up all in disobedience, so that He might show mercy to all.


So then, just as sin came into the world through one man and death through sin, in the same way death spread to all men because all sinned.


But the gracious gift is not like the transgression. For if many died because of the transgression of one man, how much more did the grace of God overflow to many through the gift of one Man—Yeshua the Messiah.


So then, through the transgression of one, condemnation came to all men; likewise, through the righteousness of one came righteousness of life to all men.


He made the One who knew no sin to become a sin offering on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.


to the glorious praise of His grace, with which He favored us through the One He loves!


He humbled Himself— becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
