How long, Adonai? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?


Hear, Adonai, when I call with my voice, be gracious to me and answer me.


For Your arrows have sunk deep into me and Your hand has pressed down on me.


Remove Your scourge from me. I perish by the blow of Your hand.


My eyes are weakened with grief— they age because of my enemies.


Do not cast me away in the time of old age. When my strength fails, do not forsake me.
