For Adonai will be your confidence and will keep your foot from a snare.

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, And shall keep thy foot from being taken.

For the Lord shall be your confidence, firm and strong, and shall keep your foot from being caught [in a trap or some hidden danger].

For Jehovah will be thy confidence, And will keep thy foot from being taken.

The LORD will be your confidence; he will guard your feet from being snared.

For the Lord will be at your side, and he will guard your feet, so that you may not be seized.

For the Lord will be at thy side, and will keep thy foot that thou be not taken.

Is not your piety your confidence, the integrity of your ways your hope?

He will not let your foot slip. Your Keeper will not slumber.

For He will rescue you from the hunter’s trap and from the deadly pestilence.

In the fear of Adonai one has strong confidence. It will be a refuge for His children.

He guards the steps of His godly ones, but the wicked are silenced in darkness. For one does not prevail by might.
