Hepher’s son Zelophehad had no sons, only daughters. The names of Zelophehad’s daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.


The daughters of Zelophehad son of Hepher son of Gilead son of Machir son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh son of Joseph (the names of his daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah)


So Zelophehad’s daughters did just as Adonai commanded Moses.


They married within the families of the sons of Manasseh son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained within the tribe of their ancestral family.
