or without seeing him should drop a stone on him resulting in his death, but he was not his enemy and intended him no harm,

or with any stone, whereby a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm;

or accidentally drops any stone on him that could cause death and he dies—even though they weren’t enemies and no evil was intended—

or animosity, he will have done any of these things,

And enmity, he do any of these things:

But if he pushes him suddenly or throws an object at him with no intent,

the assembly must judge between the manslayer and the avenger of blood according to these regulations.
