Seeing a lone fig tree by the road, He came up to it and found nothing on it except leaves only. And He said to it, “May no fruit ever come from you again!” And the fig tree shriveled up at once.
“But you are not to be called rabbi; for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers.
Then He will also say to those on the left, ‘Go away from Me, you cursed ones, into the everlasting fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.
If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be cursed. Marana, tha! Our Lord, come!
