But he urged them strongly, so they turned aside to him and they came into his house. He prepared a feast for them and baked matzot , and they ate.
Then Manoah said to the angel of Adonai, “Please, let us detain you so that we may prepare a young goat for you.”
Then he said to Him, “If now I have found favor in Your eyes, then please, show me a sign that it is really You talking with me.
Then Gideon went in and prepared a kid and matzot from an ephah of flour. He put the meat in a basket and the broth in a pot, and brought them out to Him under the terebinth and presented them.
