A great wind began to blow, stirring up the sea.

Then the sea was stirred up by a great wind that was blowing.
And the sea arose, by reason of a great wind that blew.
For He spoke and raised a stormy wind, lifting up towering waves.
He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain. He brings wind out of His storehouses.
But the boat was already a long way from land, tossed around by the waves, for the wind was against it.
Getting into a boat, they set out to cross the sea toward Capernaum. By now it had become dark, and still Yeshua had not come to them.
After they had rowed about twenty-five or thirty stadia, they catch sight of Yeshua walking on the sea, approaching the boat. They were terrified!
